Terms of purchase
StåSoft AB reserves the right to make printing errors. All image information should be seen as illustrations, and can not be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance of the product (The products usually look exactly as in the image, but then colors, due to lighting, etc. may look different depending on display settings, we reserve this).
The prices include VAT at 25%.
Order your StåSoft standing mat today for delivery to the nearest pickup center within 1-3 working days (plus a few days for the rest of the EU). Shipping is free throughout the EU.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. Should your order not reach you within the specified time, we ask you to contact us at email@example.com
We report prices including VAT. No other taxes or fees will be added when ordering (when ordering to countries outside Sweden, shipping will be added.)
In cases where packages are not picked up at the collection point, StåSoft AB is charged a fee by our carriers for shipping to the collection point and back, as well as an administrative fee. For this cost, as well as administrative costs for the handling this causes StåSoft AB, we currently charge the customer SEK 149 per uncollected package.
It is therefore better for you as a customer to pick up the package, and then return it to us.
A possible refund is made to your bank account, personal account or bank giro account. The refund will be made within 10 working days from the time we have received and approved your return.
Right of withdrawal and open purchase for 30 days
According to Swedish law, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product and without special reason. We want you to be satisfied with your product and therefore offer a right of withdrawal for 30 days. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping of all products. Upon return, a receipt or copy of this must be included. Contact with us must have taken place before return. We reserve the right to refrain from refunding the value of the goods in cases where the return has been made incorrectly, ie a receipt is missing or no contact has been made.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have a right of complaint for 3 years after you have received the product. We apply the Consumer Purchase Act's right of complaint. NOTE! You must keep the receipt to exercise the right to make a complaint. NOTE! It is important that you make a correct report. Visible defect: Reported immediately upon receipt of the item. Hidden error: Report to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We replace a product that we have found to be incorrectly shipped or damaged. In the case of a valid return item, we pay the return shipping. However, if you ordered more items than the one you returned, we will not refund the full shipping cost. For incorrectly returned goods, no compensation is paid for either goods or return costs, nor does the customer receive the goods back without paying a new shipping cost. In the event of a dispute, ARN's recommendations follow.
Privacy and security of your personal information
Your personal integrity is important to us at StåSoft AB. From 25 May 2018, the GDPR (General Data Protecton Regulation) applies throughout the EU and we process your personal data in accordance with this provision. You should feel safe with how we process personal data at StåSoft AB.
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address, email address and telephone number. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you. StåSoft AB also has the right to, within one (1) year after you become a customer with us, market us against you to a reasonable extent without a consent. We also document all communication that we have with you via e-mail, this to provide the service that you expect from us. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties. According to the GDPR (General Data Protecton Regulation), you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In that case, contact us.
