Returns Policy | StåSoft Standing Mats
If you have received a mat that was damaged during shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send out a replacement mat immediately, together with a shipping slip so that you can send back the damaged mat to us. We take care of all shipping costs.
For all other returns:
We love our anti-fatigue mats and are convinced that you will end up loving them too! Therefore, we offer free shipping and free return shipping. If you for any reason are not satisfied with your StåSoft standing mat, you can send it back to us within 14 days and receive a full refund. Of course, the mat must be unused and not damaged. If you no longer have the original packaging, it is acceptable to use another means of packaging as long as you insure that the mat will not be damaged during shipment.

Refunds are made directly to your bank account or back to the credit card you used to pay. Refunds will take a maximum of 10 working days from when we have received and approved your return.
